We only sell authentic items. All items have been closely inspected and have passed our rigorous authenticity checks. We guarantee authenticity. 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order before the goods have been shipped

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS?

All our products are shipped using recycled materials, wherever possible.

MY ITEM HASN'T ARRIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Bags Chase items are not considered delayed until 15 working days have passed from the expected delivery date, after which it will be considered lost and you can claim a refund.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

We offer a no-quibble returns service within 14 days of receipt of goods. (Please see return policy)

 

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM IF IT HAS BEEN USED?

No. When returning an item please make sure the security tag is still attached and the item is returned in its original condition.

YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY RETURNS. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

We advise you use fully insured and tracked postage/shipping as we are not liable for any loss or damage to items.
